ONE DAY COURSE IN THE KITCHEN AT THE CASTLE
We would be delighted to welcome you and your friends to the castle for an exclusive, private cooking course where Roberto, our Chef, will help you prepare a Tuscan lunch guiding you every step of the way.
This will be an unforgettable experience which will enable you to entertain your friends in Tuscan style once you are back home again!!!
The course is for a minimum of 2 people and starts at 10.00 am. At around 1.00 pm you can start to savour the dishes that you have prepared. They will be served on the terrace which has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. If the weather lets you down, lunch will be served in a beautiful arched room in front of an open fire.Our wines will be selected and served to accompany the various dishes prepared during the morning.
Before leaving every participant will be given a chef’s apron and an attendance certificate.
TWO DAY COURSE IN THE KITCHEN AT THE CASTLE
The first day of the course will be as above whilst the second day will begin at 4.00 pm with a tour of the cellar which will last approximately 30 minutes. Afterwards, you will start to prepare a special traditional dinner. Some of the cooking will need to be done during day one of your course.
The food that you prepare will be served in a candle lit atmosphere on our terrace with wonderful views. In case of bad weather it will be served in our arched room in front of an open fire. Some of our best wines will be selected to accompany the various dishes you have prepared.
Before leaving every participant will be presented with a chef’s apron and hat plus an attendance certificate.
